At New U Natural Beauty, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
Please call us at (702) 257-NEW U (6398) to book appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. We do also offer appointments online and we do suggest you to call us for confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website or marketing material does. Please confirm prices with our reservationists while booking your appointment.
We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa) cash, money orders, and New U Natural Beauty gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.Silver Series (Purchase 5 Treatments, Get 1 Free)
Gold Series (Purchase 10 Treatments, Get 3 Free)
Our series on facials and other treatments must be paid for in full. Any facials and other treatments previous to purchasing a package do not apply. Must be completed within 18 months.Series are Exchangeable however Not Refundable
When you purchase a series of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your series. Unfortunately, these series are not refundable. New U will honor the outstanding amount in the form of a Gift Card exchangeable for goods or services validated for three months.
Industry standard for gratuity is 15%-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. All guest should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity if you were unhappy with your service (please let us know if that is the case). While cash is preferred by most of the technicians, you may leave the tip on your credit card when you pay for your service.
For any treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to check in. Inform your technician of any health concerns, medical conditions or allergies you may have before beginning your treatment. If you are pregnant, please notify the receptionist at the time of booking.
When you book an appointment with us at New U Natural Beauty your appointment is scheduled with a Licensed Aesthetician or permanent Make up artist, whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:- You may option to shorten your treatment
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time; however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.
New U Natural Beauty understands that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be telephoned before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notification of cancellation; failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.
If for any reason we needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given. Should some unforeseen scheduling event occur that your service provider is not on time, and others are booked after you, with our sincere apologies, you may reschedule or take the remainder of your scheduled time at a pro-rated fee.
As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. You are invited to telephone, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.
All sales are final and product cannot be returned for resale due to the nature of cosmetic products.
Coupons/Reward Certificates need to be presented at time of purchase and within the specified dates. Expired coupons/rewards certificates will not be accepted. Prior purchases do not qualify for use with coupons/reward certificates.
Gift certificates when purchased have a monetary value regardless of the suggested treatment chosen for the recipient and may be used for any of our services or retail products. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be honored. A spa credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund for gift certificates, services or products purchased.
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that Cellular Telephones be turned off or set to silent when you enter the Spa.
All New U Natural Beauty technicians are Nevada State licensed and trained with us.
We are not responsible for personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home or keep them with you during your visit with us.
What if I have any health or medical conditions?
Please alert your service provider if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
What should I be telling my service provider?
During your treatment let your service provider know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. The best treatments will come from honest communication with your service provider.
Preparing for The Spa
Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We ensure a healthful environment for all of our guests by maintaining a no-smoking policy. If you must smoke, please refrain at least 30 minutes prior to your therapy as it effects your body’s systemic responses, complicating a therapist’s assessment of your response to massage therapy.
Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones and pagers.
Food is not allowed in a therapy room. Drinks are limited to water or tea. Please do not eat at least 90 minutes before a session, for your comfort & greatest benefit.
People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed in a session. If a therapist deems that you are under the influence of a substance, they have the right to refuse service.
Please shower the day of your appointment as close to your scheduled time as possible and refrain from wearing self-tanners, cologne/perfume on your massage days.
Men, please remember to shave before a facial treatment. Shaving or other depilatory treatments are not recommended 24 hours before fruit acid peel treatments.
Ladies, please remember not to wear mascara or eye brow filler before a lash/brow treatment.
Remember to rest and drink water before and after your session as massage can release metabolic wastes and toxins into your bloodstream as part of the body's natural cleansing process; overwhelming yourself can cause imbalances.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms. Additionally, client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies. Please respect these rights of our guests while visiting our facility.
Your right to privacy is assured with complete professionalism and proper draping procedures by our staff, and private areas for changing which are stocked with robes, sandals, and terry towel wraps so you may disrobe to your comfort level to enjoy our amenities. For the complete comfort of all our guests, nudity is prohibited in common areas.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Children between the ages of 12 and 18 must have parental consent to receive facials or waxing or eyebrow threading, No exceptions.
